Leasing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team at The Prime Company, LLC. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the property's leasing and marketing efforts to ensure the site meets or exceeds occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the onsite team and corporate leaders to establish revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals.
- Assist in hiring, training, and development of part-time leasing staff, as well as recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build rapport and make authentic connections with coworkers, residents, prospects, and vendors.
- Supervise the planning, preparation, and implementation of lease-up events, renewal parties, property events, and resident programs.
- Provide informative property tours to potential prospects, highlighting the benefits and value of our properties.
- Respond to all property leads in a timely manner, adhering to TPC's policies and expectations.
- Follow up with all prospects within the required timeframe.
- Manage the property's online presence, including social media platforms and website content.
- Utilize Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials, such as flyers and social graphics.
- Maintain accurate and current prospect traffic and leasing data.
- Respond to customer-related questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the property's online reputation, responding to reviews and feedback.
- Assist in the completion of the Leasing, Marketing, and Property Operations Report.
- Complete a weekly competitor market survey.
- Lease and renew beds/apartments via in-person, phone, or online.
- Assist with move-in and move-out events, collecting deposits and fees as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in leasing at off-campus student housing apartments is a plus, but not required.
- Prior leasing experience is not required but is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster an environment of connection, respect, teamwork, and productivity.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Hourly range: $22-$28 per hour, with eligibility for overtime.
- Onsite property positions are eligible for monthly new lease and renewal bonuses, as well as a yearly lease-up occupancy bonus up to $5,000.
