We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Manager to join our team at GK Management Co., Inc. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring exceptional resident experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of property management.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in defining community objectives to optimize asset efficiency and achieve performance goals.
- Respond to resident complaints and work with the Community Manager to provide resolutions.
- Lead and manage the leasing team to achieve objectives.
- Maintain a 33% closing ratio in accordance with company policy.
- Monitor and ensure each Leasing Consultant's closing ratio is maintained at 33%.
- Assist with resident retention and prepare lease documents.
- Inspect the community and assess condition, including market window, units, common areas, leasing office, and grounds.
- Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing regulations and local ordinances.
- Some college coursework or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
- Prior sales management experience preferred.
- Prior sales experience required.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Onesite, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Ulti Pro, and the Internet.
- Intermediate typing skills.
- Ability to use telephone voicemail, fax, and copy machine.
Normal office environment. Incumbents must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the community and amenities. Periodic exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous.
