Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Willow Construction Supervisor HDD to join our team at ConocoPhillips. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and successful delivery of the Willow HDD construction scope, including the installation of petrochemical pipelines under rivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the construction plan, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and permit stipulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of construction coordinators and field planners to oversee day-to-day field activities.
  • Monitor contractor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all field personnel, promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines and stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of construction industry experience, with 7+ years of construction supervision/management experience.
  • 7+ years of experience leading and delivering Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) projects.
  • 5+ years of experience managing interfaces involving multiple field construction contractors.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work on a temporary assignment in Anchorage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, or foreign equivalent.
  • 5+ years of construction experience in Arctic conditions.
  • 3+ years of experience with ConocoPhillips Capital Projects Management System (CPMS).
  • Advanced level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
