Job Title: Patient Care Technician

At Post Acute Medical, we are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support services under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient care activities, including vital sign measurements, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
