Job Title: HCM Applications Analyst II

At Darling Ingredients Inc., we are seeking an experienced HCM Applications Analyst II to join our IT team. The successful candidate will provide functional design, direction, and support to our corporate HR and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to corporate HR, benefits, and payroll functions.
  • Develop and deliver documentation and training to end-user groups on existing functionality and newly developed enhancements.
  • Document and communicate functional and technical requirement specifications for system enhancements and reporting/data needs to the IT development team.
  • Perform impact analysis for solution options of new requirements/enhancements and assess global impact.
  • Maintain system configuration, including approval rules, roles, and personalizations in the Oracle HCM system.
  • Execute QA services and regression testing for all applicable Oracle HCM patches, upgrades, reports, and customizations.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR and payroll functions to streamline, document, and improve existing and new processes using Oracle HCM and third-party software solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Information Systems or a related field.
  • 5+ years of total experience.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting applications like Oracle HCM, EBS, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Talent, and Payroll.

Additional Relevant Experience:

  • HR background/experience.
  • SQL knowledge; techno-functional skills preferred.
