Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive store environment, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and control store expenses, inventory, and shrink, ensuring maximum profitability and efficiency.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure exceptional guest services and sales results.
- Implement and maintain effective merchandising and visual displays, driving sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the district manager to achieve sales and profitability goals, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a seasonal or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
