Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Lead Educator to join our team. This role will involve developing and implementing educational programs, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment for infants and toddlers. About the Role

">

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of child development principles and practices. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Developing and implementing educational programs aligned with our center's philosophy and curriculum framework;">
  • SUPERVISING AND COORDINATING the work of teacher assistants to ensure effective delivery of programs;">
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment, including adhering to licensing regulations and standards;">
  • Communicating effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and partnerships;">
  • Continuously assessing and evaluating program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement as needed.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • An active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or at least 48 semester credit hours in early childhood education, early childhood development, or a closely related field;">
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with children in a licensed child development facility;">
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;">
  • A strong understanding of child development principles and practices;">
  • Current certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid;">
  • The ability to pass a full background check and health screening.">
