Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team as an Autism Treatment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing center and home-based intervention programs, ensuring that clinical staff provide quality treatment and maintain standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services, including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
  • Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning in collaboration with parents and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure.
  • Train and supervise all levels of clinical staff to ensure high-quality treatment services.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and cross-functional team members.
Requirements:
  • Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state-specific requirements.
  • At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in in-home and/or clinic-based settings.
