About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Festival Foods in Holmen, WI. This individual will be responsible for overseeing guest service associates, ensuring a positive guest experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reinforce exceptional customer service standards to all guest service associates.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a thorough understanding of customer service operating procedures.
  • Communicate department priorities to the guest service team and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Determine where guest service staff is needed and direct them to that location to maintain efficient operations.
  • Ensure proper staff levels by calling in additional staff to cover call-ins or additional business.
Requirements
  • Minimum availability of 24 hours a week, with a minimum of 6 hours per day during available days.
  • Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and all personnel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including effective negotiation.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a desire to train and educate others.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to handle a diverse crew in a stressful environment.
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Work Environment
  • The associate must be able to stand in place for long periods, walk in the store, bend, stoop, and kneel regularly.
  • Requires fine finger and broad manual dexterity, with eye-hand-foot coordination to operate equipment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting.
