Technical Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team at Zillion Technologies, Inc. This is a long-term, ongoing project with no end date, and the selected candidate will work remotely and onsite (twice a week) in Pensacola, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for our clients

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation

• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in our documentation processes

• Create and edit documentation using various tools and software

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field

• Strong understanding of grammar, writing style, and standards

• Proficiency in PC and web-based technologies, including HTML and editing/authoring tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Communication Studies or a related field
