About the Role:
Providence is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Manager to lead our Clinical Operations team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the 24/7 operations of your unit, ensuring high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop effective teams of caregivers
• Foster collaborative relationships with staff, patients, and families
• Support the organization's strategic goals and objectives
• Develop and implement plans for succession
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
• 5 years nursing experience with progressive leadership roles
• Master's Degree in related field preferred

The salary range for this role is $58.85 - $94.73 per hour, with additional compensation available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
