Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a professional services environment, with a proven track record of financial expertise and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting, with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a legal services firm or professional services organization, with a strong understanding of financial operations and compliance.
  • Familiarity with legal billing software, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
