Job Overview

The Clinical Operations Manager will partner with the field team to ensure seamless product training for users of our insulin pump technology. Key responsibilities include progressing the training journey, coordinating with external trainers and centers, and liaising with cross-functional groups for alignment and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a region comprised of 16 territories with regular monitoring and tracking of customer training journeys.
  • Identify bottlenecks in customer training progression and work with the field team to find solutions.
  • Ensure all training documents are uploaded in Salesforce for auditing and regulatory tracking purposes.
Senior Clinical Operations Manager Role

The Senior Clinical Operations Manager will have additional responsibilities including:

  • Participating in the development and implementation of patient training reports and procedures.
  • Serving as a key contributor to the development of patient training and train-the-trainer assets.
  • Mentoring junior staff and participating in the onboarding of new COMs.
Requirements
  • A valid professional license in one or more fields: RN, RD, PA, NP, Pharmacist.
  • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications for Senior COM
  • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) required.
  • 8+ years of experience coordinating and conducting diabetes education with strong experience in technical use of diabetes technology.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
