We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mixology Assistant to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a Mixology Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars and providing exceptional service to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist bartenders with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of liquor, wine, and beer, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Check and maintain equipment, including taps and appliances, to ensure proper functioning and make minor repairs as needed.
  • Keep the bar area clean and tidy, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, and emptying trash receptacles.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.

**Requirements:**

  • High school degree or equivalent preferred.
  • ServSafe certification a plus.
  • Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
  • Physical ability to carry 35 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout shift.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
