About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barback to join our team at Montage International. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars, providing exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist bartenders with mixing and serving drinks, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Consistently follow the Food & Beverage sequence of service, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with management and other staff members to achieve common goals.
  • Deliver exceptional service, exceeding guest expectations and creating memorable experiences.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
About You
  • You have a passion for mixology and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • You are trustworthy, reliable, and committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and service.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods during your scheduled shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift.
  • Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis.
