Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a DSP, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support with daily living tasks, personal care, and community integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage community participation and engagement
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
