Position Summary: The Assistant Operations Manager for Front Services plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Valet and Bell & Door operations. This position is essential in ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures, luggage management, and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of Valet and Bell services, ensuring adherence to company standards.

  • Manage traffic flow and parking procedures to optimize guest service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Bell/Door or Valet services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.

Physical Requirements: The role requires standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Team members must be adaptable to varying weather conditions and able to work in a dynamic environment.
