About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Caregiver Referral Coordinator. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals for our caregiving services.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities management, discharge planners, and case managers
  • Utilize customer service and sales skills to attract and maintain business relationships
  • Conduct informational meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and inform them of our services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in nursing or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience in a sales or marketing role in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
