Job Description

The Home Care Liaison Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities management, discharge planners, and case managers to generate PCS Caregiver referrals. This role requires excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Information

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Computer literacy.
