Position Summary:

The Food & Beverage Team Member plays a crucial role in delivering efficient food service operations across all food areas, assisting in the daily preparations and execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests as needed.
  • Operate electronic cash registers and credit card processing equipment.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
  • Manage cash drawer and balance daily financial transactions.
  • Engage with the public in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness in concession areas and tables; assist in food preparation and service; refill condiment containers.
  • Ensure cleanliness by picking up in and around concession areas.
  • Wash dishes, load and operate dishwashing machines, and clean kitchen equipment.
  • Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist in the unloading and organization of food and supplies.
  • Report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to management immediately.
  • Notify management of any discrepancies or adjustments needed in the cash drawer.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Experience operating a cash register and managing cash transactions preferred.
  • Ability to communicate positively and effectively with patrons.
  • One year of customer service experience is preferred.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds to waist height.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Proficient in entering information on computers.
  • Adherence to safety and health regulations is required.
  • Good personal hygiene is essential.
  • Work environment may involve intermittent noise.
  • Proper uniform must be worn at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current Food Handlers Card.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Over one year of experience in a food service setting.
