Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide a range of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding project status and future opportunities.
  • Supervise technical teams to ensure project delivery meets quality standards.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and timelines effectively.
  • Engage in business development to foster client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Washington and/or Oregon.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public works and transportation.
  • Experience in mentoring junior engineers and EITs.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.
  • Proficient in specification writing and cost estimation.
  • Interest in business development and client relationship management.
