Position Overview:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on site development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory
  • A valid Civil Engineer's license in Washington or EIT is preferred; additional licensure in Oregon is advantageous
  • Familiarity with local regulations and agency standards in the Southwest Washington area
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in proposal and report drafting
  • Experience in estimating construction costs and preparing bid quantities
  • Accountability for delivering high-quality work within set budgets and timelines
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and responsiveness to project needs
  • Knowledge of Civil 3D software is beneficial
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues
