Salary Range
$101,000-$165,000 per year

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled IT Security Operations expert to manage and oversee the implementation of our security policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have experience in managing or overseeing a Security Operations Center (SOC), applied knowledge of security controls and incident management, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of IT Security Analysts and Engineers across the globe covering multiple brands in efforts of threat hunting, detection, and remediation.
- Manage and enhance the 3rd party Security Operation Center.
- Track, monitor, and report security events and incidents to Capri IT Security Leadership.
- Define, document, and maintain security and emergency policies, procedures, and tests.
- Perform routine security checks and coordinate with the IT department to integrate and consolidate security measures within existing infrastructure.
- Manage and monitor security for more than one IT functional area (e.g., data, systems, network, and/or Web) across the enterprise.
- Manage and operate IT Security software and tools (e.g., SEIM, EDR, & NDR).
- Lead and coordinate Vulnerability Management activities, reporting on progress and risks to IT leadership.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures (e.g., user log-on and authentication rules, security breach escalation procedures, security auditing procedures, and use of firewalls and encryption routines).
- Prepare status reports on security matters to develop security risk analysis scenarios and response procedures.
- Track, monitor, and remediate potential security risks, including viruses, vulnerabilities, and threat advisories.
- Enforce security policies and procedures by administering and monitoring security profiles, reviewing security violation reports, and investigating possible security exceptions.
- Participate in compliance activities supporting audits for regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, PCI, and GDPR) and various exercises (e.g., tabletop, walkthroughs).
- Provide direct support to the business and IT staff for security-related issues.
- Educate IT and the business about security policies and consult on security issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Applied experience with security controls and incident management.
- Experience in managing or overseeing a Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Experienced in security administration, projects, and complicated security issues.
- 5-7 years of combined IT and security work experience with a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, application development, database design, and administration.
- Knowledge of security issues, techniques, and implications across all existing computer platforms.
- Knowledge of both server and networking infrastructure.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, and/or CISA.
- Practical experience with threat detection, monitoring, and incident response and implementation.
- Experience with the management of security-related technologies (e.g., LogRhythm, Splunk, Darktrace, ExtraHop, Crowdstrike, SentinelOne).
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey clear and concise thoughts and ideas.
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time.
- Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
