Our Ai Pero trattoria and our Convent, a unique event and meeting space, were designed and furnished by a renowned interior designer. The Ai Pero is a romantic Italian gem, with a modern twist, and our guests can feel like they are on a short vacation in Italy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of chefs in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
