We are a modern hospitality company, part of the Zenith Innovations group. Our luxury hotel and restaurant, PURS Luxury Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, is a renowned establishment with two Michelin stars, and a member of the Relais & Châteaux luxury hotel association. We also operate the restaurant YOSO, the authentic Italian restaurant concept Ai Pero with the typical trattoria and enoteca, and the Classic Boutique Hotel am Ochsentor.
Our Ai Pero trattoria and our Convent, the location for events and meetings, were designed and furnished by Munich interior designer Peter Buchberger. The Ai Pero is furnished in the style of an old trattoria with modern interior. With this romantic Italian gem and our numerous selected wines, our guests can feel like they are on a short vacation in Italy.
Our PURS is the first hotel that Belgian designer and antique dealer Axel Vervoordt has designed as a whole. Every room, every suite, every object reflects his incomparable sense of style and leaves a special feeling: that of a home - apply and be at home with us :)

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
- Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and food safety
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and industry developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior chef or culinary leader
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
