• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety
• Monitor and repair handrails, bedrails, and dining room tables as needed

• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid NC driver's license
• Knowledge of general maintenance and functions of all equipment
• Ability to lift 100 pounds
• Knowledgeable of Exposure Control Plan for Bloodborne Pathogens and Fire & Disaster Plan
• Ability to work every other weekend with rest of days off during week
• Ability to write and read with clarity sufficient to follow instructions
• Demonstrate neat appearance and good personal hygiene
• Read, know and follow personnel, department, and facility policies
• Ability to see small details, in equipment, machinery, etc.
• Ability to hear emergency pages, fire alarm, beeper, and motors on equipment
