Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the operational activities of the retail organization, with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability. The Senior Vice President of Retail will provide global direction and guidance, ensuring that assigned business operations are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the proper management of resources, distribution of services to customers, and analysis of systems.
  • Direct business to achieve high performance as measured by the company scorecard, participating in strategic planning meetings when necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and lead an effective and results-driven team within the region.
  • Participate in the sales process, working with the pre-proposal site survey team, aiding in presentations, and approving final contracts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of management experience.
  • Experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to make decisions based on financial reports and similar facts.
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to enhance profitability, sustainability, and creativity across all channels in alignment with business strategy.
