Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Reliability Program Manager to spearhead our comprehensive reliability program. As a key contributor to our Facilities Engineering Technical Authority, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and serviceability of our facilities, equipment, and systems across our global manufacturing network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Governance: Establish and administer a global reliability program for all manufacturing sites, providing direction and support to site reliability engineers to ensure program adherence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement strategies for equipment and system reliability, manage reliability budgets, and allocate resources to meet program objectives.
  • Business Case Development: Develop business cases for improvements requiring investments and participate in capital planning for reliability-related project opportunities.
  • Vendor Engagement: Engage with external vendors and industry experts for insights into new technologies.
  • Data Management: Collaborate on data management for tracking and trending with CMMS BPO and System Admin.
  • Analytics and KPIs: Employ a data-centric approach to reliability using analytics and predictive tools, and use KPIs to monitor program performance and drive progress.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, adherence to standards, and alignment with company policies.
  • Maintenance SOPs and CMMS: Enhance Maintenance SOPs, Parts Lists, BOMs, and CMMS data integrity.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Analyze work orders and Quality Event Metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities, and lead RCFA and FMEA processes for informed decision-making.
  • Reliability Integration: Integrate reliability considerations into new projects and participate in capital planning.
Requirements
  • Education: BS in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, industrial) or related facilities engineering discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in Facilities Engineering in Biotech, Pharma, or similar manufacturing industry, with at least 4 years of Reliability Engineering experience.
  • Skills: Effective at influencing at both site and enterprise levels, strong communication, presentation, and technical leadership skills, proficiency in reliability analytics and methods, familiarity with CMMS, engineering, and maintenance business practices, and expertise in core engineering principles.
