Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand(s), key messages, and creative vision to develop compelling stories for various audiences.
  • Work closely with internal departments, such as creative, accounts, project management, medical, and editorial, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the therapeutic area and target audience of the products managed.
  • Conceptualize and brainstorm innovative brand experiences, maintaining consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Assist Account Services in creating the Strategic Alignment Brief and ensure all projects adhere to the strategy.
  • Develop brand style guidelines and ensure internal teams and external partners comply.
  • Manage outside vendors to ensure quality deliverables and adherence to timeline and budget.
  • Design solutions that exceed expectations and partner with copywriters to establish or evolve ideas.
  • Review all project materials and provide feedback as needed.
  • Present work, provide design rationale, and defend work in creative reviews or meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, scopes, and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of studio design experience, preferably in medical communications.
  • Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Agency experience on pharmaceutical accounts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with agency workflow process is a plus.
