About the Role
This position is ideal for an experienced physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and leading a team of healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our med/peds practice, developing clinical strategies, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of pediatric and internal medicine principles. You should also have experience working in an integrated med/peds practice and be certified by a relevant professional organization.

Benefits and Compensation
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
