**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to join our team at a 98-bed hospital in southeastern Ohio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a physician leader who wants to make a meaningful impact on patient care and hospital operations.

**About the Hospital:

The hospital is known for its high-quality patient care and has received recognition from Healthgrades and Leapfrog for patient experience and safety. The emergency department is active in EMS and employs a local EMS coordinator, and staff physicians are involved in various hospital committees.

**Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the medical team, developing and implementing clinical policies, and improving patient outcomes. They will also have the opportunity to participate in multiple hospital committees and contribute to the development of hospital-wide initiatives.

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this role, candidates must be board certified in Emergency Medicine and have a strong track record of leadership experience. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

**What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $400,000 - $600,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.
