Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Expert to join our team at Residence Inn by Marriott. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that guests feel welcome and valued
  • Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, and interact with guests to create a memorable dining experience
  • Manage the menu, including reading and verifying information
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Less than 1 year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
