Sales & Marketing Position

">

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Aficionado who will be responsible for opening new B2B accounts, building partnerships, and creative lead generation activities. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-directed, and will not need to be micro-managed; and will consistently fulfill key objectives in a timely, proactive, and responsible manner.

 

Job Description

This position will involve:

  • Qualifying, presenting, following up, and closing new clients using the BANT framework (budget, authority, needs, and timing)
  • Building, maintaining, and growing four lead generation channels
  • Managing prospect pipelines using CRM across all phases of the sales process through closing
  • Creating engaging and effective sales presentations, power points, and videos
  • Providing quality written, verbal, and presentation communication activities
  • Tracking and reporting key metrics for lead generation and sales activities
  • Directing new client kickoff meetings and facilitating hand-offs to client success teams

  • Able to understand and synthesize complex business and marketing information
  • Detail-oriented and excellent planning, calendaring, scheduling, and coordination skills
  • Experience with social media and email lead generation
  • Familiarity with up-to-date lead generation and sales processes
  • Persistent, resilient, bold, and unwavering drive for success

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
