Job Description

Gemini Mountain Medical is a fast-paced, competitive, and adaptive organization that focuses on helping surgeons treat their patients better. We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team who is passionate about sales and has experience in the orthopedic industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, building, and maintaining strong business relationships with customers through constant communication and in-person appointments. They will also be responsible for consulting surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of Arthrex implants and instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory
  • Represent Gemini Mountain Medical by working with sophisticated audiences comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals
  • Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and developing sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market
  • 2-5 years demonstrated sales success in competitive B2B industry
  • Experience as an associate in the orthopedic industry

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
