We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Southern Bank. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships: Proactively identify customer opportunities, develop new relationships, and retain and expand existing ones through cross-selling and upselling bank products and services.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver friendly and personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Drive Business Growth: Participate in business development opportunities, such as phone outreach, community events, and meetings with local businesses, to establish visibility in the community and drive business to the branch.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Bank Products and Services: Maintain thorough knowledge of bank policy and procedures, including retail and commercial transactions, ATM/ITM settlement, night depository, vault cash, safe deposit, opening/closing procedures, and preparation of cash for shipment and receipt of cash shipment.
  • Meet Regulatory Requirements: Maintain knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Customer Privacy, and Information Security.
  • Adhere to Southern Bank Standards: Maintain trustworthiness, character, professionalism, confidentiality, and honesty in dealing with internal and external customers, and adhere to Southern Bank Telephone Standards.
  • Work a Flexible Schedule: Maintain attendance and be able to work a schedule that may include working overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.
