Key Responsibilities

The Junior Financial Accountant will assist the Finance Department with a variety of essential administrative and accounting functions, including:

  • Conducting monthly account reconciliations.
  • Managing the flow of vendor and subcontractor invoices.
  • Processing business credit card transactions.
  • Facilitating client invoice submissions and related documentation.
  • Engaging with Project Leads regarding project accounting issues.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by Owners, CFO, and Finance Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following:

  • An Associate's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including experience with pivot tables, lookup functions, and nested formulas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • A collaborative team-oriented attitude.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Capacity to lift items weighing up to 15 pounds.
