Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google Contact Center AI solution is essential
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience (at least 4-5 years)
Experience with Machine Learning tools and algorithms like TensorFlow, AI, DL, or NLP
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Knowledge of Google Cloud Fundamentals, including Core Infrastructure Course

Key Responsibilities:
Configure, set up, administer, and customize the CCAI solution according to customer requirements
Deliver complex AI or DA projects
Experience with coding in languages such as Python, Scala, Java, Go, combined with data structures, algorithms, and software design
Experience with DL frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or others
Knowledge of data flow and dialog flow in CCAI applications
Deep understanding of NLU and its implementation in Dialogflow conversations
Implementation of chat and voice virtual agents
Integration with third-party applications, data sources, APIs, etc
Knowledge of storing parameters and fulfilling user requests
Testing and logging
Insights from recordings
Environment management
Best practices for virtual agent design and deployment
Security and compliance in contact centers
Methods of compliance with Federal Regulations

Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of multiple CRM systems and integrating CCAI with other third-party CRM systems
Application migration and data migration from traditional systems to the Cloud
Workflow-based implementation and understanding of multiple business domains or processes
