Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and pre-screening job applications and resumes to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate scheduling for telephone screenings and may conduct initial phone interviews; actively manage recruitment efforts alongside Recruiter(s), including arranging interviews with hiring managers.
- Develop, maintain, and publish job postings and advertisements.
- Support the coordination of offer letters and oversee the pre-employment process.
- Initiate and track the pre-employment process, providing updates to branch representatives.
- Manage the onboarding process, including the facilitation of new hire documentation and orientation.
- Input new hires into the HR Management System (HRMS) and ensure data accuracy through meticulous auditing.
- Monitor communications within the HR department, including emails, calls, and voicemails.
- Provide support to various HR functions, such as performance management, benefits administration, and employee leave management.
- Assist with Union documentation, billing, and employee-related inquiries.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; frequent communication with customers and colleagues via phone and electronic means.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $70,000 per year
