Your primary responsibility will be to collect samples and conduct laboratory tests following established protocols, while accurately documenting all findings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain consistent and professional attendance.
  • Ensure reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures.
  • Collect and label samples as required, placing any affected products on hold pending testing results.
  • Conduct laboratory tests according to the designated schedule.
  • Perform analyses for salt and moisture content.
  • Keep detailed and organized records of testing schedules and results.
  • Document all findings in real-time within designated notebooks and spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of laboratory experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQF compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
