Job Summary

We're seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to join our team at Brightview Senior Living, LLC. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in helping our residents live an active and vibrant life.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming that promotes engagement and fulfillment among residents.
  • Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities to residents and their families.
  • Participate in activities and events, including games, painting, singing, and music, to create a lively and engaging atmosphere.
  • Utilize your creativity to design and implement innovative programs and activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and activities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
  • May occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events, with a valid driver's license and good standing.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly connect with people and understand their needs.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for creating a vibrant and engaging community.
  • Valid driver's license and good standing.
  • Experience in healthcare, hospitality, activities, or a related field is an asset.
