**Job Summary**

The Springfield Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist II/ CT Specialist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic procedures and computed tomography scans.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform daily check of the work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
  • Perform department ancillary functions, including patient education and staff training.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and maintain professionalism consistent with a radiographer.
  • Collaborate with the Diagnostic Imaging Director to develop and implement imaging protocols.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Enrolled in CT correspondence courses.
  • Current Radiologic Technologist license in Vermont.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT.
  • CT Certified after two years of training.

**Work Schedule:**

Three 12-hour shifts per week, with opportunities for overtime and professional growth.
