Waynesboro Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, including floors, restrooms, resident rooms, elevators, stairs, courtyards, grounds, and guest suites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure public areas are presentable to guests.
  • Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, broom, and carpet shampoo machine.
  • Perform housekeeping discipline cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting, and sterilization.
  • Refill par stock of guest amenities, linens, and other supplies on each floor pantry for Housekeeping and deliver necessary items to units.
  • Report any items in need of repair to maintenance.
  • Assist Housekeeping with heavy lifting (up to 50 LBS) when deep cleaning rooms and stripping of units.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and be welcoming to guests and other associates.
  • Prioritize work, manage time, and work quickly without compromising quality.

As a successful Housekeeping Associate, you will have proven experience in Housekeeping or Environmental Services as a Cleaner, Janitor, Custodian, Housekeeper, or Environmental Services Tech, and be a stickler for cleanliness.
