At Camarena Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service by warmly greeting patients and facilitating their access to services in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointment schedules and handle billing in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Stay updated on computer systems for effective operation and maintain patient dental records.
  • Communicate with staff and patients regarding waiting times and follow up on 'no-show' patients.
  • Assist with registration errors and patient scheduling, and coordinate with external agencies for patient scheduling.
  • Provide necessary forms to appropriate departments and review patient super bills for completeness.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one-year work experience in a dental setting.
  • Bilingual preferred, excellent communication skills, intermediate computer skills, knowledge of dental terminology, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift and move objects, clear vision and hearing, manual dexterity, and flexibility in movements.
