Job Title: Commercial Branch Manager

Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing business strategies and managing day-to-day operations at our commercial tire and mechanical services branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure profitability by meeting monthly and yearly profitability goals.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting monthly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Implement and evaluate branch operational practices for commercial, industrial, and mechanical lines of business.
  • Provide sales staff support and supervision through service quotes, product look-ups, and resolving customer disputes.
  • Manage and maintain inventory according to company standards.
  • Conduct daily reviews of Invoice Register, Warehouse, Service Bays, and Equipment to ensure safety, compliance, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee administrative files, including DOT Med Cards, TIA certifications, and forklift safety.
  • Ensure FleetSMART compliance for accuracy and invoicing.
  • Review MCSN and SFS Business Assessment for compliance and monitor non-moving inventory items.
  • Work with the Regional Sales Manager to hire, retain, train, and manage employee productivity and professional development.
  • Establish branch goals and objectives aligned with the region's and company's goals.
  • Perform regular employee evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage branch P&L, employee payroll/overtime, and overall expenses.
  • Ensure branch has sufficient resources, including personnel, material, and equipment.
  • Conduct safety meetings and perform facility checklists.
  • Follow all safety rules, wear proper PPE, and demonstrate a safety-conscious mindset.
  • Exemplify excellent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and values.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Business or related field; four-year degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in the industry or related management position.
  • Responsibility and experience managing P&L is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Paylocity and AS400 software is a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record.
  • Commercial TIA certification is preferred.
  • Forklift certification is required.
