1. Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting students with inquiries regarding admissions procedures and record maintenance through various communication channels, including in-person, online, and telephone.
2. Oversee and manage various functions within the Admissions and Records Department, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
3. Prepare and reconcile enrollment reports to meet district and governmental requirements, maintaining accurate records in compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications:
