Job Title: Capital Markets Credit Officer II

At Farm Credit Bank of Texas, we are seeking a highly skilled Capital Markets Credit Officer II to join our team. As a key member of our capital markets team, you will be responsible for analyzing and underwriting assigned participation accounts and offers, as well as servicing such assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly analyze and underwrite assigned participation accounts and offers.
  • Service assigned accounts, including credit administration, financial analysis, and monitoring.
  • Develop industry and peer group analysis, portfolio analysis, and other special projects as assigned.
  • Assist in the development and closing of complex loans by analyzing and negotiating such credits.
  • Interpret and communicate district lending policies and procedures to associations.
  • Act upon various legal, title, and other questions that may arise on loans.
  • Administer and develop lending programs, as well as develop and revise operating procedures relating to lending operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three to five years' experience in all facets of lending, including marketing, extension, administration, and analysis of commercial credit.
  • Experience in analyzing complex credits, negotiating, and dealing with commercial-type loans.
  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis, forecasting analysis, cash flow analysis, collateral analysis, and payment performance in mortgage and commercial lending.
  • Ability to accurately identify, measure, and manage risk in loans, loan portfolios, and direct loans.
