Position Summary:

EHE Health is in search of a Network Success Manager to join our dynamic, performance-oriented organization that operates across multiple markets. This role entails regular interactions with senior management and healthcare providers, focusing on enhancing ongoing processes and programs. The Network Success Manager will play a pivotal role in managing provider relations and facilitating educational interactions within EHE's National Preventative Medicine network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undergo comprehensive training on EHE Health's proprietary system – EPMS, with the capability to train Network Partners both virtually and onsite.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of initiatives that foster positive relationships between EHE, providers, and practice managers.
  • Assist in the development and management of provider networks.
  • Identify gaps in network composition and services to support network development teams.
  • Collaborate with providers and office staff to ensure adherence to EHE's standards and expectations.
  • Engage with health system/practice representatives quarterly to refine effective process flows and achieve efficient outcomes.
  • Create and disseminate newsletters and other relevant communications for practices.
  • Conduct site visits for outreach, education, training, and orientation sessions for providers and key administrative personnel.
  • Monitor practice performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements, identify barriers, and recommend corrective action plans as necessary.
  • Complete deliverables promptly and maintain accurate documentation of practice encounters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, managed care, provider relations, or customer service.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare system.
  • Strong proficiency in issue resolution.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capacity to analyze, interpret, and present data effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to EHE network locations as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, research, and follow-up skills.
