Join our team at OLE Health as an Assistant Dental Director, where you will play a crucial role in supporting and developing the integration of dental care services at our clinic site level.
About the Role:The Assistant Dental Director will collaborate with the Chief Dental Officer to optimize clinical operations and develop the clinical staff. As a primary care provider, the ADD will also provide dental services for a panel of patients, including medical dental diagnosis, treatment services, and managing quality dental care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the Chief Dental Officer to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide mentorship and support for the professional development of dental staff.
- Conduct clinical reviews of individual providers' clinical skills and provide coaching or support as needed.
- Assist with the development and review of dental policy, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure patient satisfaction at the clinic is optimal and follows up with concerns as needed.
- DDS or DMD from an accredited school of dentistry.
- Must be licensed to practice dentistry in the State of California.
- Must possess or obtain a DEA registration.
- Must maintain CEUs as required for license renewal.
- Must certify and remain current in CPR.
- Three years of practice in all aspects of general dentistry preferably in a community-based dental clinic.
- Two years of management experience in a dental clinic/practice/program.
- Leadership Stipend $12,500.
- Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage.
- 18 days of PTO (Vacation & Sick).
- 10 Paid Holidays + 1 Float Holiday.
- 4% Employer Match for 403(b) retirement plan.
- Tuition Reimbursement of up to $2,000 per Calendar Year for part-time and full-time employees (prorated per Full-Time Equivalent).
