Job Summary

Behavioral Health Technicians play a vital role in the care and treatment of patients with mental health issues. They provide support and implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily activities and therapeutic interventions.
  • Monitor patient behavior and report changes to the clinical team.
  • Support the implementation of treatment plans and group therapy sessions.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
  • Document patient progress and interactions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some roles may require a degree in a related field.
  • Experience in a mental health or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
