Job Summary

The Pearl at Five Forks is seeking a highly skilled Dishwasher to join their team. As a key member of the food service team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ware Washing: Set up and maintain the dish and pot washing area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Operate Dish Machine: Run the dish machine according to Food Safety Standards, ensuring all dishes and utensils are properly washed and sanitized.
  • Production Equipment Washing: Clean large and small production equipment, including stoves, ovens, fryers, microwaves, mixers, slicers, refrigerators, freezers, work tables, prep sinks, hoods, and ventilation screens.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of job-related experience.
Compensation

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of $14.00 per hour.
